Strategic Communications — Est. 2014

Book a strategy call.

The only action this page invites. Every strategy call is held by a senior partner — not a BDR, not a discovery rep — and is reserved for VP of Communications and brand marketing leaders considering a category-defining engagement.

02 — Intake & Direct Contact

Tell us where you are and where you need to be.

We ask for company stage, sector, and the outcome you are commissioning so the right senior partner joins the call with preparation already complete. Plan for roughly four minutes.

03 — Established, Awarded, Distributed

A firm built on proof, not pitch.

The numbers a procurement team will ask for — placement rate, retention, awards, and global footprint — drawn from our verified record.

Tier-1 placement rate

Across TechCrunch, The Information, WSJ, FT, and Bloomberg, measured since 2021.

91%

Client retention

Rolling 24-month retention across 312 active clients in 14 countries.

11

Days to first-tier placement

Median time from engagement kickoff to a tier-1 media hit.

4

San Francisco, New York, London, Singapore — full-service, single P&L.

HBR-Cited Framework

Narrative Atlas™ cited by Harvard Business Review in 2023.

04 — The 30-Minute Structure

A fixed format. A senior partner. No discovery reps.

You will leave the call with one written page of strategic direction — regardless of whether we ever work together. That is the deal.

  1. 01

    Listening — 10 minutes.

You walk us through the category, the moment, and the constraint. We listen. We take notes we will send you afterward.

  2. 02

    Diagnostic — 12 minutes.

A senior partner walks through how the Narrative Atlas™ framework would frame your situation: audience map, narrative spine, and the two or three moves that unlock it.

  3. 03

    Triage — 5 minutes.

If we are the right firm, we outline a 90-day engagement shape. If we are not, we name the two firms that are — and why.

  4. 04

    Written follow-up — within 48 hours.

You receive a one-page strategic memo and the partner's direct email. Procurement, legal, and budget questions are routed the same day.

05 — The Only Action

If the category is moving, the conversation should already be booked.

A 30-minute call with a senior partner. No deck. No demo. A diagnosis you can take into your next leadership meeting.

06 — Practical Questions

What enterprise buyers ask before sharing details.

Who handles procurement, MSA, and DPA paperwork?

Our operations team executes MSAs, DPAs, and SOC-2-aligned security reviews within standard enterprise timelines. A standard MSA is available on request before the call; bespoke terms are reviewed by our general counsel within five business days.

Will the conversation be confidential?

Yes. The intake form offers a one-click mutual NDA option. If you require our standard NDA before the call, request it at intake and we will return a countersigned copy the same business day.

Who actually joins the call?

A senior partner from the practice group covering your sector — AI/SaaS, Fintech, Climate Tech, or DefTech. All Megalith senior strategists have ten or more years of in-house or agency experience; 40 of our 64-person team are senior strategists.

What happens after the call if we proceed?

You receive a written proposal within five business days. Typical engagements begin within 14 days of signature. The median time-to-first-tier-placement across our active portfolio is 11 days from engagement kickoff.
